What is it?

This fitness programme, designed by Strictly's very own Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe will have you dancing like the stars!  Enjoy all the Ballroom and Latin Rhythms, improve your stamina and overall strength and posture.  But watch out, you might just get 'The Bug'!

What Should I Wear?

Fitness/workout gear i.e. T-Shirt & Joggers.  Trainers compulsory. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water and a small towel.
