What Is the Argentine tango?

Argentine Tango is a partner dance that developed over the last century in Argentina's capital, Buenos Aires.  It is an interpretive, improvisational social dance that allows the dancers to develop a connection between themselves, the music, and the environment in which they are dancing.  This course will teach you the very basics, giving you a taste of what the Argentine Tango is like.

How should I prepare for my class?

You do not need ANY previous dance experience.  Just bring yourself, wearing comfortable clothing you find easy to move in along with comfortable and supportive footwear.
